Singapore will host one of the four legs of the World Biketrial Championship next year, according to local Channel NewsAsia report on Sunday evening.
The annual Asia Pacific Biketrial Championship was held in the city state's Sentosa island on Sunday with more than 50 competitors from Singapore and Japan.
Using a bicycle to clear a whole course of obstacles including stacks of pallets, an array of different sized logs and boulders as well as water pools, biketrial is getting popular in Singapore.
In a biketrial competition which demands good skills and sense of balance, a rider is expected to finish the course with his feet touching the ground for no more than four time to get qualified.
