A bonded logistic area jointly constructed by the Tianjin Port Bonded Area and Tianjin Port has been checked and accepted by the national government and put to operation on Wednesday.

The Tianjin Bonded Logistic Park is located within the Tianjin Port Bonded Area and close to the Tianjin port container dock. It has a planned area of 1.5 square kilometers. The first-phase seining area will be 0.6 kilometers. In last August the State Council approved Tianjin for experimenting cooperation between bonded area and port. In December the central government approved the implementation plan for the park. The Tianjin Bonded Logistic Park has attracted the attention of well-known logistics companies both at home and overseas. A raft of high-level projects have started.
