Sudanese government rejects UN resolution

The Sudanese government Sunday voiced rejection to UN Security Council resolution 1593 on referring war crime suspects in Darfur to the International Criminal Court.

This came in a statement released by the Sudanese Assembly atthe end of a special session chaired by Sudanese President Omar el-Bashir.
