According to the statistics, China now has become the world's largest natural rubber consumer and importer, and the consumption of rubber in China showed a tendency of undisrupted increase. Seizing the opportunity of intense demands from domestic market, Hainan agricultural department fully implemented the natural rubber action plan formulated by Ministry of Agriculture.
