Cargo transfer station at Shenzhen airport begins operation

A key logistic project of Shenzhen municipality, the cargo transfer station in the Logistic Park of the Shenzhen Airport has begun operation, announced the Shenzhen Customs and Shenzhen Airport.

Put up by the Shenzhen Customs at the airport, the station is used to unpack, transfer, store and classify cargos imported and exported. Separated from outside by enclosed fence, the station mainly handles six types of business including imported cargos delivered via air transportation, imported cargos delivered via air and land transportation which need to be transshipped.
