At a meeting with Ryutaro Hashimoto, president of the Japanese Council for the Promotion of International Trade (JCPIT) and former Japanese prime minister, Wu said this year is the 60th anniversary for Chinese people's victory over Japan's invasion, which offers a new opportunity for the two countries to promote relations.
