Senior CPC official meets with Russian president's assistant

He Guoqiang, a senior official of the Communist Party of China (CPC), met in Beijing Tuesday afternoon with Victor Petrovich Ivanov, assistant to the Russian President.

He, head of the Organization Department of the CPC Central Committee, briefed the guest on China's reform of personnel and cadre system. He also appreciated the cooperation between China and Russia in the field of personnel administration.

Ivanov said Russia is willing to continue the exchanges and cooperation with China in the field of cadre and personnel.
