China Legal Aid Foundation has so far pumped into 4 .1926 million yuan special legal aid funds to relevant provinces, regions, municipalities and social organizations, and the popularization and solicit contribution by persuasion of legal aid in the forms projects and soirees have also raised capital of 8.4023 million yuan. The total volume of special legal aid achieved through these two means has amounted to 50.3283 million yuan, covering 21 provinces (regions and municipalities), 592 counties (cities) as well as 13 units and effectively boosting the development of legal aid in those regions and units.

China Legal Aid Foundation further intensified the legal services and projects in 2004. Since the official initiation of "Legal Aids Loving Care Campaign by Excellent Students in China", 70 undergraduates have come to China's western regions for a two-year-long legal service mission, voluntarily providing local poor residents with legal consultation.
