    Noted artist Chen Yifei dies at 59

    Chen Yifei, a noted artist, died of gastrorrhagia Sunday morning at the Shanghai Huashan Hospital at the age of 59. Chen was directing a film titled "The Barber" in Fuyang city of the neighboring Zhejiang Province before he was hospitalized at the hospital on April 6.

    Nias to focus on reconstruction

The Nias Island was the epicenter of the strong quake on March 28, which left more than 600 people dead, thousands of people injured and thousands of others homeless.

    Girl dies of bird flue in Cambodia
