China supports a bigger role of India in UN

China understands and supports a bigger role of India in the international affairs and the United Nations, said Chinese premier Wen Jiabao Tuesday.

When meeting with representatives of Indian news media, Wen said China attaches importance to the important role India has played in the international affairs, as India is an important developing country with a large population.
