Guangzhou Honda recalls 7,000-plus Fit Saloons

Guangzhou Honda Automobile Co., Ltd submitted a report to the General Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection, and Quarantine on Apr. 25, deciding to call back 7,469 Fit Saloons from Apr. 26. All the sedans to be recalled are Fit Saloons 1.3 litre, 1.5 litre double cab as well as triple cab manufactured during Nov. 7, 2004 to Dec. 19, 2004.

The reason for recalling is that the diaphragm of brake vacuum strengthener and parts of the shell are not well tabled, which could lead to the insufficient degree of vacuum of brake vacuum strengthener and result in the toughening of brake treadle.
