font size

Syria and Jordan on Monday underlined the importance of enhancing bilateral relations between the two countries.

Syrian Prime Minister Mohammad Naji Ottri and his visiting Jordanian counterpart Adnan Badran hailed the bilateral ties as "strong and solid" at a joint press conference after a meeting in Damascus.

Both sides highlighted the necessity to implement the signed agreements and extend cooperations to tourism, industry and transport.

Badran arrived in Damascus Monday afternoon for a two-day visit.
