15 elites have earned the Chinese Youth May 4th Medals, the highest honor for young people, for their outstanding achievements.

The talented 15 come from all walks of life, including information industry, gene study, air space technology as well as education and mass media.

The event was launched in 1997. Only the people aged from 14 to 40 are eligible to complete for the awards.
