In the first quarter this year, the export of state-owned enterprises (SOEs) rose 22 percent year on year, according to figures provided by the Ministry of Commerce.
SOEs' export accounted for 16.6 percent of China's total export, up 13.9 percent over the same period last year. The export of collectively and privately-owned enterprises rose 59.8 percent year on year during the period, while the export of foreign-funded enterprises increased by 34 percent, according the ministry.
