Chinese Vice Premier Huang Ju met in Beijing Tuesday afternoon with Samuel Dipiazza, global CEO of Price Waterhouse Coopers.
Huang said that China, a nation with rapid economic growth, will provide the overseas enterprises with a market full of opportunities. China's reform of state-owned enterprises and financing require more exchanges with the international accounting companies. This will help establish the modern enterprise system in the country, he said.
Price Waterhouse Coopers is the largest professional service firm in the world, and one of the Big Four of the international accounting firms, along with KPMG, Ernst & Young and Deloitte & Touche. It was formed in 1998 as a result of the merger between Price Waterhouse and Coopers & Lybrand.
