Int'l SOS to offer medical services to Fortune Global Forum in China

The International SOS center said in Beijing Wednesday it is ready to offer medical and emergency rescue services for the coming Fortune Global Forum to be held here from May 16 to 18.

Possessing a medical team designated by both Chinese and foreign forum organizers, International SOS will have its first-class medical experts and emergency rescue helicopters ready for the forum and will offer timely medical services for foreign delegates at the forum, said its officials.

International SOS also offered medical services for a previous session in Shanghai in 1999.

The annual forum, initiated by US-based Fortune Magazine in 1995, is a summit dialogue between economists and entrepreneurs around the globe. Nearly 1,000 business elite, including CEOs, chairpersons and presidents from Wal-Mart, Morgan-Stanley and the Hong Kong and Shanghai Banking Corp. will attend.
