Six independently developed Happy Messenger pure electric cars have been shipped for America recently. These cars adopt several mature 863 Program (High Tech Research and Development Program) technologies. This is China's first export of whole-car electric automobiles. It indicates that China's industrialization of electric cars has made an important step.
