Senior CPC official meets German parliament members

Wang Jiarui, head of the International Department of the Communist Party of China (CPC) Central Committee, met in Beijing Wednesday with a German parliamentary delegation headed by parliament member Volker Neumann.

Wang spoke highly of Sino-Germany relations, saying that the CPC will conduct friendly exchange and cooperation with German parties in a bid to promote Sino-Germany ties.

Neumann said German parties are striving to push forward relations with China and he hopes dialogue and exchange between German and Chinese parties in all fields and at all levels will be constantly enhanced.
