Chinese Foreign Ministry spokesman Kong Quan announced in Beijing Thursday that King Albert II of Belgium will pay a state visit to China from June 4 to 11.

King Albert II will visit China as guest of Chinese President Hu Jintao, Kong said at a regular press briefing.

According to Kong, President of Uzbekistan Islam Karimov will pay a state visit to China from May 25 to 27 at the invitation of Chinese President Hu Jintao.

Kong also announced that Croatian Prime Minister Ivo Sanader will pay an official visit to China from May 26 to 30.

Kong said Sanader will visit China as guest of his Chinese counterpart Wen Jiabao.
