Thai Deputy Prime Minister Somkid Jatusripitak and his party left the capital city of northwest China's Shaanxi Province for Chendu, capital of southwest China's Sichuan Province, continuing his goodwill visit to China.

Before his departure, Somkid attended a signing ceremony with Shaanxi Province Governor Chen Deming on the agreements on the sister tie between Shukothai, Thailand, and Shaanxi Province, China, and on exchanging agricultural products between Thailand and Shaanxi.
