Chinese vice-premier meets IMF senior official

Chinese Vice-Premier Huang Ju met in Beijing Monday with Takatoshi Kato, deputy managing director of the International Monetary Fund (IMF).

The two exchanged views on further cooperation between China and the IMF on the basis of equality and mutual benefit.

Kato is on a China visit as guest of the People's Bank of China.
