CPC official meets Grenadian party delegation

Wang Jiarui, head of the International Department of the Communist Party of China (CPC) Central Committee, Monday in Beijing met with a Grenadian delegation headed by Elvin Nimrod, chairman of the New National Party, Grenada's ruling party.

Wang appreciated the decisive measure made by the Grenadian government to resume diplomatic ties with the People's Republic of China early this year and also welcomed the New National Party for its establishment of friendly ties with CPC.

Elvin Nimrod also serves as minister of foreign affairs and

international trade in the Grenadian government.
