A car bomb blew up outside a popular restaurant in Baghdad's northeastern district on Monday, causing some casualties, witnesses said.
"The blast took place at lunch time outside a restaurant in Talbiyah district, and several cars nearby were set on fire," witness Abu Saif told Xinhua.
It was not clear whether the blast was a suicide attack.
