HK LegCo adopts amendment of Chief Executive Election ( Amendment) Bill

The Hong Kong Legislative Council adopted on Wednesday the Chief Executive Election (Amendment) ( Term of Office of the Chief Executive) Bill.

According to the Amendment, the tenure of the Chief Executive to be by-elected on July 10 will be the remaining tenure of the second term of the Hong Kong Chief Executive.
