NPC vice-chairwoman meets Romanian guests

He Luli, vice-chairwoman of the Standing Committee of the National People's Congress (NPC), met here Thursday with a Romanian young congressmen delegation.

The delegation is headed by Victor Ponta, secretary of the Standing Bureau of Romanian parliament's House of Deputies.

The delegation is visiting China at the invitation of the NPC Standing Committee.
