Speaking at the third national conference on public prosecution, Qiu told all procurators to work in accordance with law, which will help maintain social stability. Step by step, all interrogations by public prosecutors must be recorded with visual and audio equipment, Qiu said. Evidence that has been collected through illegal procedure must be recollected in accordance with law, he added.
