China's minority ethnic groups experience fast economic growth

Regions inhabited by China's minority ethnic groups experienced an average 10 percent of annual GDP growth since 2000, faster than any previous periods, said a government official.

Mou Benli, vice-minister in charge of the State Ethnic Affairs Commission, revealed this at a press conference held Monday morning.
