All of China's state enterprises must erect their own enterprise culture systems that reflect theirfeatures within three years, according to a slate of guiding suggestions forwarded by China's State assets watchdog.
Divided into four parts and 18 articles, the suggestions involve various issues related to the construction of enterprise'scultures, said Wang Ruixiang, deputy director of the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission (SASAC)
"The systems should be basically erected to echo the development trends of the world economy and meet the requirements of China's socialist market economy," he said.
Such systems should be in line with both cultural laws and enterprise strategies, he said.
"The SASAC is also expected to carry out research so as to findeffective measures to help the state enterprises transform or reform their cultures under the circumstances of a market economy," he said.
