China is ready to enhance cooperation in law and justice fields with Hungary, State Councilor Zhou Yongkang told visiting Hungarian Minister of Justice Jozsef Petretei on Monday.

Zhou briefed Petretei and other guests about China's socialist legislation construction, and said that China is willing to make concerted efforts with Hungary to enhance existing Sino-Hungarian friendly, cooperative ties.

He also expressed his hope that the two countries can enhance cooperation in combating economic crimes and illegal immigration.

Petretei said Hungary is willing to continuously increase its cooperation with China in various fields, including law and justice spheres.
