Chinese FM meets Japanese guest

Chinese Foreign Minister Li Zhaoxing met in Beijing Wednesday with a Japanese delegation headed by Kaneko Genziro, governor of Japan's Nagasaki Prefecture.

Li said that he appreciated the Nagasaki government's commitments and contribution to the China-Japan friendship.

Genziro pledged that the Nagasaki government would continue to make efforts to strengthen the friendly exchanges between the two counties and local governments.
