UN to send team to Lebanon to check on Syrian withdrawal

UN Secretary General Kofi Annan will send a UN mission to Lebanon to check on the implementation of a UN resolution demanding the pullout of all Syrian forces, Annan's spokesman Fred Eckhard said Friday.
