China's top procurator meets Venezuelan guests

Jia Chunwang, procurator-general of China's Supreme People's Procuratorate, met in Beijing Sunday with a visiting Venezuelan procuratorate delegation, headed by Attorney General Isaias Rodriguez.

Jia briefed the guests on China's judicial system, saying the reform of Chinese judicial system scored remarkable achievements in the past 20 years and more and procuratorate organs are playing an increasingly important role in improving law enforcement in China.

Rodriguez expressed the hope that procuratorate organs between the two countries could enhance exchanges to promote multipolarity of the world.
