Chinese foreign minister, senior EU official talk over phone

Chinese Foreign Minister Li Zhaoxing and Benita Ferrero-Waldner, a commissioner of the European Union in charge of external relations, talked over the phone Monday.

The two sides exchanged views on enhancing the Sino-EU cooperation in all fields.
