Chinese Foreign Minister Li Zhaoxing had a telephone conversation with his Afghan counterpart Dr. Abdullah Abdullah Wednesday afternoon, sources with China's Foreign Ministry said.

They exchanged views about the bilateral relations and multilateral cooperation.
