Chinese NPC vice-chairwoman meets with Vietnamese guests

He Luli, vice-chairwoman of the Standing Committee of the Chinese National People's Congress (NPC), met in Beijing Wednesday with a delegation of Vietnam Peace Committee (VPC), led by VPC Vice President Pham Van Chuong.

He Luli is also president of the Chinese People's Association for Peace and Disarmament (CPAPD). The Vietnamese delegation is visiting China as guest of CPAPD.
