CPC official pledges further Sino-Belgian relations
font size

China will continue to consolidate inter-party relations with Belgium, said a senior official of Communist Party of China (CPC) on June 27.

Wang Jiarui, head of the International Department of the CPC Central Committee, made the remarks during a meeting with Didier Reynders, president of Reformist Movement of Belgium.

It is in the mutual interests of both countries to develop friendly cooperation, said Wang, adding the increasing inter-party relations are conducive to nation-to-nation relations between China and Belgium.

Reynders, also Belgian deputy prime minister and finance minister, said he will work for friendship between the two countries and parties.
