Group Chinese tourists to Japan start on July 25
font size

China and Japan Saturday jointly announced in Beijing that group Chinese tourists to Japan will start throughout the nation from July 25.

The action marked a new era of bilateral tourism exchanges and cooperation, said Shao Qiwei, director of the China National Tourism Administration.

China and Japan are neighbors, with similar cultures. Rich tourism resources attracted each other's tourists, who pass on friendship and enhance mutual understanding as well as trust. Japan is the biggest tourism source nation for China during the past years. China's outbound tourism market has been developing rapidly in recent years and still has huge potential, which attracts world attention. Japan is one of their choices, due to geographic advantages, added Shao.
