A taxi wades in the flood caused by heavy rain in Hefei, capital of east China's Anhui Province, July 6, 2005. A heavy storm hit Hefei which has been plagued by droughts and high temperatures for a long time. This is the first rain in the city since it has stepped into the annual rainy season.
