Liu Yandong, vice-chairwoman of the National Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference (CPPCC), met Friday with a delegation of Chinese and overseas photographers.
Liu hoped the photographers, who had just returned from Tibet, could faithfully recorded and reflected the development and changes and the beautiful scenery of Tibet.
The delegation is composed of 48 foreigners from 19 countries including France, Britain, the United States, Italy and Germany, and more than 40 Chinese from the mainland, Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan.
Organized by the State Council Information Office, the Chinese Association of Photographers and the Information Office of the Tibet Autonomous Region, they went to Tibet to take pictures during June 27-July 7.
