A suicide bomber blew himself up at a police station in northern Iraq on Saturday, killing four policemen and wounding 18 others, police said.
The suicide bomber, wearing an explosive-vest, blew himself up at the Hamam al-Alil police station, some 10 km south of Mosul, they said.
Mosul, about 400 km north of Baghdad, has long been a bastion of insurgency against the US and Iraqi security forces.
