China appreciates Guyana's adherence to the one-China policy, Chinese Foreign Minister Li Zhaoxing said during a meeting with visiting Guyanan Prime Minister Samuel Hinds Friday in Beijing.

Li said he was glad to see the continuous development of the friendly cooperative ties between China and Guyana, according to ministry sources at the meeting.
