China National Tourism Administration has recently signed Memorandum of Understanding with Russia, deciding to send Chinese tourists to Russia as from August 25, 2005.

The first-phase preparations have been finished according to officials of China National Tourism Administration. Chinese tourist groups can go to Russia through the arrangement, according to which the two counties will mutually exempt visas for tourist groups as from August 25, 2005. By then 70 countries and regions will become Chinese tourist's destination.
