font size

Chinese Vice Foreign Minister Dai Bingguo and US Deputy Secretary of State Robert Zoellick will hold first China-US strategic dialogue in Beijing on August 1, source with the Chinese Foreign Ministry said Tuesday.

The dialogue is a result of the consensus reached between heads of state of the two countries during the Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation (APEC) Summit in Chile last year, said the source, adding that the two sides will exchange views on the China-US relations and other important international and regional issues of common concern in the dialogue.
