font size

More one-on-one consultations are expected to occur on Friday afternoon on the sideline of the ongoing six-party talks, while the meeting of Chief negotiators is undecided yet.

The bilateral consultations between China and the United States and between Russia and the Republic of Korea will stage in Beijing on Friday afternoon, according to information from the press center of the talks, which also include Japan and the Democratic People's Republic of Korea (DPRK).

The fourth-round six-party talks, which have so far shown few signs of progress, are markedly characterized by one-on-one consultations.

The United States and the DPRK, the two major parties to the talks, have carried out their fourth consultations on Friday morning since talks opened on Tuesday, but no immediate information is available.
