International giants push development of mobile phone visual contents in China

Cisco and Acer have earmarked huge funds to work with Sony Ericsson and Sony BMG to push the development of mobile phone visual communication industry in China.

In the international communication market 3G mobile phone is extremely popular, with service as its biggest selling point. Visual contents will become a growth point for the new industry.

It is said the cooperation includes Internet cooperation, support to development of applications and WAP platform management. By then users will be able to view visual contents on the cell phones via newly opened website www.563.net .
