7 people killed, 41 wounded in traffic accident in Sudan

Seven people were killed and 41 others were wounded on Wednesday in a traffic accident on the road between Khartoum and Port Sudan in the eastern part of the country.

Four women and three men were killed on the spot and the wounded were hurried to hospital for treatment.

The accident took place when a passenger bus destined to Kassala town from Khartoum overturned after colliding with a Land Cruiser.
