Lu Yongxiang, vice chairman of the Standing Committee of China's National People's Congress (NPC), met in Beijing Tuesday with Horacio Francisco Pernasetti, leader of Chamber of Deputies of the Argentine Radical Civil Union.

Lu spoke highly of the relations between two countries and briefed the guest on China's social and economic development.

The guest is here at the invitation of the International Department of Communist Party of China (CPC) Central Committee.
