BOC selects three financial consultants for overseas IPO
font size

Bank of China (BOC) announced in Beijing Tuesday that it has decided to choose Bank of China international, Goldman Sashs and Swiss bank to be its financial consultants for overseas IPO (Initial Public Offering) project.

"The three institutions enjoy high reputation worldwide and boast overall strength in the capital market," said BOC spokesperson Wang Zhaowen.

They have participated in a number of BOC projects before, including the regrouping and listing of the BOC Hong Kong, he said.

BOC is confident that these three consultants will help it step up the reform and the preparation work for the overseas IPO project.
