Top Chinese judge meets UN human rights top commissioner

Xiao Yang, president of China's Supreme People's Court and chief grand justice, met in Beijing Thursday with Louise Arbour, U.N. High Commissioner for Human Rights.

Arbour came to China at the invitation of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
