China legalizes on direct sale, bans "pyramid scheme"

The Chinese Government published two statutes Friday to ban multi-level sales activities known as "pyramid scheme" and give greenlight to direct sale dealers in the country.

The regulation prohibiting "pyramid scheme" sales will go into force on Nov. 1 and the other statute will take effect on Dec. 1.
